Hey y'all! Well, another quarter end close has come and gone. I have been working almost non stop it seems. We finally wrapped everything up this week, thank goodness. It usually takes me a few days to recover and this close was no exception. Now that it's over, things should settle back down for me.
My weight has been a little like a rollercoaster ride lately. I haven't had much success on the scales this month. I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of sleep, water, exercise or from stress, but it's been a bad month.
Here's my results for the past few weeks:
July 4th - 175.50 <3.00>
July 11th - 177.00 +1.50
July 18th - 176.00 <1.00>
So, as you can see I'm still not back down to where I was a couple of weeks ago. However, I promise I haven't veered from my eating plan. Although frustrated with my up & down weight, I refuse to give up. I know I will eventually make it to my goal; it may just take me a little longer than I had hoped.
If I have learned anything from this journey, it's this, a little bump in the road cannot be allowed to derail the train. You may have to take a detour along the way, but you should be determined to get back on track!
I hope to have a better weigh-in this Monday! I'll keep you posted!
Until tomorrow....have a wonderful today!
Scales can be so finicky, sometimes I think I shouldn't weigh in every week and take it every other week but I think for now i need the accountability! Hope your days start lookin up!!
